Frío Aéreo provides efficient and secure systems of refrigerated storage and airport logistics.

  • 1997

    Frío Aéreo was born thanks to the association of entrepreneurs. It is located in the International Airport Jorge Chavez until now.

  • 1999

    We started storing asparagus, flowers, lettuce, and figs for export.

  • 2003

    The first expansion of our warehouse is carried out and we obtain the certifications ISO 9001 and DGAC.

  • 2004

    Other products shippings started such as chirimoyas, peach, roses, among others. We got BASC certification which supports our security processes.

  • 2008

    We certify in ISO 14001 maintaining our commitment to take care the environment.

  • 2009

    We began operations storing and shipping cranberries and white asparagus.

  • 2010

    We obtained the GS1 certification and we were also authorized by IPEN to carry out X-ray safety inspections.

  • 2011

    Our security procedures were validated by TSA "Transport Security Administration". We also obtained OHSAS 18001 certification which confirms that our occupational health and safety system is efficient.

  • 2014

    We were the first air temporary deposit accredited as Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) through the National Customs and Tax Administration Superintendence (SUNAT).

  • 2015

    We were accredited as Regulated Agent RA3 (Regular Agent Third) for safe cargo transport to the European Union.

  • 2016

    We are part of the Confederation of Authorized Economic Operators of Latin America, Spain and the Caribbean (COEALAC).
